Thuỷ Sky1 is an apartment in Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City, 5.1 km north-west of the city centre, with a swimming pool, a sun terrace and a garden. The Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds sleeps four on two large king-size beds, and the 42 m² Family Studio adds a sofa bed to two extra-large double beds. Several units overlook the pool, the garden or the inner courtyard, and most have a balcony or terrace.

Thuỷ Sky1 has a restaurant on site, a coffee house and a minimarket, so you can eat, buy drinks and basics without leaving the grounds. The restaurant serves brunch, lunch and dinner in a family-friendly setting. A 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security are in place, and there is an ATM on site. A lift serves the building.

Each unit comes with a kitchen fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware and electric kettle, plus a dining table, a washing machine and cleaning products. Bathrooms have a bath or shower, towels, free toiletries and a hairdryer, and the units have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities.

Thuỷ Sky1 is on Phổ Quang street in Tan Binh, a district of Ho Chi Minh City that lies north-west of the centre. The nearest sight is Pho Quang Pagoda, a Buddhist temple 300 m away that takes a few minutes on foot. Hoang Van Thu Park is 500 m away and offers open green space for a walk, while the Vietnam People's Air Force Museum sits 650 m from the property. Two more places of worship are about 1.1 km off: the Đền thờ Võ Tánh temple and the Nhà Thờ Tân Sa Châu church, and the Đình thần Tân Sơn Hòa temple is 1.3 km away.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport lies in the same district, which keeps airport transfers short, and Saigon Railway Station is about 3 km from the property.
